Imported into America by John Spotswood and Colonel Bernard Moore in 1751, he stood at a number of studs in Virginia between 1752 and 1769, dying in the latter year. A highly successful stallion, he sired a host of mares which bred on successfully, including two unnamed daughters which became the Foundation Mares of American Families A26 and A51
