WA to KY need ride

Ok, I'm thinking about getting one of the horses from the feedlot in WA, and I'm in KY. Anyone doing any cross country hauling, or partial?

Maybe the horse cut off his air, and thats why he stumbled. You don't know..I know his PP's are a bit awkward, but I'm sure they didn't bring him into thinking he wasn't fit enough. At that level, they train too much..not usually not enough.

But because he won 2 out of 3 triple crown races, don't you know he should automatically be HOY? How many horses in the past have did the same thing as he? Smarty Jones comes to mind, along with several others in the last ten years. In my mind HOY of the year should be someone that ran all ye...

He's known for early two year olds, and short distances. Best time of a yera to have a crafty friend is in the spring when the good two year olds haven't came out yet and you don't have to run very far..

I wouldn't breed her to a 'huge' stallion, because you don't want something is awkward and something to big for her. I don't believe horses will adjust foal size to their pelvis, there can be alot of pregnancy issues some of which are because of room and placement. Her foals, probably won't be too l...

Edgar was on Funfair(the horse that broke his hind leg), and Stew was on the horse that collapsed after the race.

Why breed her then? If she hasn't produced anything, and she just has a weanling that 'might' be something, I would give that horse a chance to prove herself at the track. If that doesn't workout, I'd find a new career for her. Some horses aren't meant be bred.

Especially fillies tend to change after they start working(out of gate) and after their first race. If she's not under saddle yet, its hard to say how she will be mentality wise. Most babies are calm and relaxed its once they get fit and run more that they will be more aggressive.

Leave them like nature intended. When they are young and you see problems that can be fixed with a limited bit of corrective trimming is one thing, but no other hardware, please, in the legs. If the legs are correct, then other parts of their anatomy have formed to substitute for their shortcomings,...

Sorry about that, to clarify his female offspring. All the fillies I seen were very nice looking, put together well and besides a few minor conformation faults here and there looked good. We looked at several dixie union fillies..just about everyone in the books unless a dam was thrown out from the ...

After looking at some of his offspring at the sale(and bidding on them), I can see a price jump. The female side, is definetely better looking, but this crop should do fairly well on the racetrack..making him worth more.
