Something like this, but I'm not sure how to tweak it regarding leases of mares while they're pregnant and boarded.

Boarding Contracts/Liability

Where would I be able to find a boarding contract for NYS? I need one to bring the Dutch WB mare to the farm in 2 weeks because the farmer's wary of any liability should she get hurt (especially since she's in foal) during the lease. My trainer also thinks it's a good idea, but she's on vacation so ...

Here's the website for my goats: Rushtawin Nubians As for the mare, I'm supposed to hear by Wednesday how the vet check went regarding her hip because we think the reason she's off is that she probably got kicked while out with the other mares. If it comes back clear or something that will heal itse...

Forgot to mention that chances are since I don't think I can afford to keep another horse until I have some money saved for an apartment, student loans, car maintenance/gas, and travel expenses until then... I don't think I could handle the financial part of owning a horse until then, so although I ...

AND I just got done with the website for the goats (more to add later, but the core of it is up!) I talked to the mare's owner today, the vet's coming out before Tuesday to check out her hip, our theory is she got kicked through the fence.

Well... it's long  My riding instructor came with me, her dad drove the 4 hour trek out to NH. We passed a GORGEOUS facility and it was huge and my trainer said it was a Morgan farm. Got there, pulled up, OMG that entire family is so sweet and welcoming! So the deal is that they retain ownershi...

Going up there tomorrow! Leaving here around 8:30, not sure how long the drive will take, guesstimating arrival between noon and 1 PM, give or take a half hour.

This mare is who I'm going to check out in NH before the end of August... thoughts conformationally based on the pic? She's a 15.3hh dutch warmblood.

The dwarf mini seen in the picture is named Thumbelina.

I saw her in person before at a county fair in Cape May, NJ. Took a few pics, but it was on an archaic camera and had no lighting, so she's barely visible in them.

This is my question - I am trying to save money for a car, so another horse isn't good timing at the moment, but I can look and see how to allocate my resources to see if anything could work... but my question to you is this, what level rider does she require, and what is the background on her healt...

You guys are really great. Time's been making it easier, there's just a lot that reminds me about her. I figure it's a good thing that I noticed that much about her when she was alive. Researching it more makes me wonder if it was clostridial cellulitis or streptococcal cellulitis that could have ca...

Thank you all for the thoughts and support. Our first rainbow was during the tail end of the thunderstorms I requested a few days ago... that was on our way to the farm, we live an hour away. Babe was euthanized after being sedated enough to lay her down last night at approximately 7:45PM. There was...
