3 TB mares and 1 gelding in PA

I have 3 Reg. TB mares and one gelding in PA that are looking for homes. The mares do come with papers (and nice bloodlines) and are sound.
All are priced under $1,000 and will do package deal to good home
Please PM me for more info and pedigrees on these horses.

I am not sure why a simple question about a mares bloodlines has turned into a debate about breeding a lame horse and a personal attack! I asked the question about breeding a mare with navicular on another forum to get a broader range of responses and experiences. That is all. If I did get this mare...

These are all very good points. I have no intention on breeding a mare that is not at least pasture. I have not seen this horse in person, only on paper. So,I do not know how "off" she is. If she were very unsound and uncomfortable I certainly would not put her thru the torture of trying to carry a f...

She is showing signs of navicular changes in one of her front legs. She has been being used in a lesson program and even jumping but is not staying sound enough to continue lessons. Corrective shoeing is not working so she is better suited as a broodmare. Thanks!

Is she broodmare material?

I am looking at this mare to use as a broodmare(she is not sound). She did not race but was instead used in a lesson program. What do you think of her bloodlines? Anything special? Any suggestions on a good match? Her name is Peirces Park and she is in the system. Thanks!

What do you expect to pay for layups @PA/MD area?

I am considering leasing a 13 stall barn w/@16 acres and a few small paddocks in PA near the MD line.
What would you expect to pay for a layup w/stall,of course,or for just field board in this area?
Any suggestions are appreciated!

What are my training options?

I'm new to the racing/breeding scene so please excuse my ignorance! I have had 2 in-foal TB mares (both due @ April) offered to me. The only catch is the breeder wants the foals to make it to the racetrack,(Pennsylvania Incentive Program???). My question is What are my options as far as getting them...
