(4) grade 1's this year is not impressive. The voting is not done on #'s its done on wins and the competition you faced. Competition faced? Lava Man beat the Calder stalwart Who's Crying Now in the Sunshine Millions, the hopeless longshot Magnum in the Big Cap, ex-claimer and decided non-stakes hor...

Re: Afleet Alex`s come back race.!
Hey all what do you think Afleet Alex`s next come back race should be,I think it should be at Portland Meadows,They should have a good starter race for alex. Jordan The only way Afleet Alex will ever make it back to the races is if he learns how to drive a car. He's done. Does the NASCAR circuit st...

Well the point really wasn't to find horses that had identical careers (up to this point) to LITF that then stretched out. Obviously, it would be a rarity. I was just trying to identify horses with similar capabilities sprinting, that were able to carry their speed beyond 7 furlongs, to counter your...

...Lost In The Fog's running style (although highly successful for him) seems to be somewhat one dimensional (try to go to the lead, then blow the competition away). Needless to say, he's explosive and his running style has proved to be highly successful for him....but have we seen or heard anythin...

Helsinki, a 93 model brought 3.9 mil. All good mares and good producers, but no where near the class (at least as of yet) as the mares I mentioned yet none of them are exactly spring chickens but still brought million plus bids. Didn't Helsinki drop Shamardal, a 4-time Group 1 winner from 7 starts?...

I think BC outta be celebrated for horses that are in training early in the year and keep it up til that day, not jump up and get one big win or crumble because they've done too much and this is the last straw. The goal is for the best bred/trained/talented horses to be all in one package and meet ...

Talk about a double bind.
We truly live in a topsy turvy world if using the word "jackass" gets you banned from a message board devoted to equids...
Thanks for the welcome all the same...

You do know this is a discussion forum for thoroughbred horses right? judging from your profile, it looks like you made a wrong turn. Your snotty answer to Bill's light humor was uncalled for. Okay no more feeding the Trolls for me! What???!!! First off, this thread has nothing to do with thoroughb...

If you need a laugh, then read through these Children's Science Exam answers. Enjoy There is no way any kid wrote those jackass answers, unless it happened to be the illegitimate love child of Paula Poundstone and Howie Mandel. They are much more likely to be serious responses from your avera...
