She has 64 starts 7 13 12 and raced from 1998 to 2003. She can likely produce some good foals with the right stallions. I do not understand why she sold so cheap.

Jump Start had only 5 starts before he fractured a leg. His best rag no. was an 8 1/4. He has offspring that already "retired" the same way Eight Belles did. My stallion ran 5.5f faster than Jump Start or Officer(who beat Jump Start). His 2 year olds at auction this year were down sharply from last ...

Try reading "meet Iams researchers." I do not always agree with PETA but they have exposed some really serious cruelty and can usually back their stories up with evidence. I do not feed any Iams products and after reading about the people that work there and what they are guilty of I probably never ...

Magna Entertainment against horse slaughter

They own Santa Anita, Pimlico, Laurel, Gulfstream Park and others. Anybody wh...

Successful race horses have ended up in those kill pens lots of times if they were gelded. Once they slow down or get injured they are just as likely to end up there as some that were never meant to race. Pedigree or previous success does not matter to some people. Let us not forget that 2 very famo...

Lots of Thoroughbreds are good at lots of things besides flat racing. If one breeds sound useful horses with good minds they will have a good chance to have good homes whether or not they are outstanding runners. Some multiple winners have earned hundreds of thousands of dollars and some stakes winn...

It makes sense when you consider that some have gotten money from both buyers and sellers and maybe stallion owners too. Jess Jackson sued people who took money from him and got money from sellers also. Some consider it a conflict of interest but it was and probably is still happening. Try advising ...

I agree with you Ascot Stud but there may not be quite that many "sheep." If Congaree's conformation is poor then how come he had 25 starts with 12 wins? He has 3 stakes winners already in his first crop. The trouble with "commercial" breeders and buyers is that they are buyers of BS and would not k...
