I read that MOH was withdrawn from the 2000 Guineas so I'm guessing he's going to run in the derby with Gomez as his jock (not confirmed) http://www.onefasthorse.com/frankel-to-face-small-field-at-2000-guineas/14386/ I agree TJ, he should have been here by now. He's just going to show up on the seco...

Looking over some past performances, I noticed that Master of Hounds has already carried 126lbs 3 times and 129lbs twice. Looks like the highest weight for any of the others is 123.
Does anybody have any opinions on this?

Battaglia is the worst linemaker in the world. His Derby line is always terrible, but they have to keep him around because of what his dad did for KY racing. I have nightmares that start with FOR THE LEAD Terrapin- Worst line maker is GOOD for people that are paying attention to other things beside...

I am not a horseman but I've ridden, love racing, and have an affection for these majestic, regal, beings. What the hell is that all about? Why would they continue to run this horse? (other than the obvious-money)
Pardon my ignorance but I would love to hear what the gurus on this board think.

Just curious if you have the numbers for this colt's GSV2?

You're welcome, TJ. Still, 2000 was 11 years ago. I read today that it's been 21 years since the winner of the Santa Anita Derby won the Kentucky Derby, and now with Pegasus out of the SA, it may reach 22 years.
BTW-I appreciate all the knowledge you drop in this forum. Thanks.
