She is registered in the GSB volume 14 page 211 (second edition).

I made a slight error in my previous post. She was originally named Euterpe and later renamed Canzonette (which should make her progeny - if she had any - easier to find).

Canzonette

She was a c. f. foaled in 1879 by Distin out of Proficient (1870 b. f. by Lecturer) out of Lady of the Lake (1857 f. by King Tom) out of the Incurable (by The Cure). She was bred in England by Mr. J. G. Watkins.

Canzonette was later named Euterpe and was sent to Germany in 1884.

Pizarro was sent to America from England as an unnamed foal in 1916. He was bred at Compton Stud. This information is taken from vol. XXIII of The GSB.

That's all the info I have at my end...

Bollin Zola, you make me curious, who was Ahonoora's best son? By the way, Fumo di Londra was in Italy. I am pretty sure I read that he has died, he is not on the list of available stallions anymore as you can see here. http://www.unire.it/galoppo/libro_genealogico/librogen06.php?tot_pag=10&ini...

Indian Ridge has two more grandsons new for 2007: Boogie Street (by Compton Place); and Respendant Glory (by Namid). Also Inchinor's son Umistim is advertised for 2007... All three are at stud in England. I like the look of Boogie Street. He isn't the Byerley Turk's obvious heir, but this line has g...
