I wouldn't bet a nickle on these races this year unless it was purely for fun. How could you possibly handicap these horses running on this surface for the first time? It's nothing more than a crapshoot in my opinion.

Pleading "not guilty" will buy her and her lawyers time to work out a plea deal. It is not likely that she will have a defense that will completely vindicate her, but the plea will buy them time to negotiate a better result
