Does anyone know if the Arc is on television anywhere in America? French racing is hardly ever on TV; even TVG or HRTV don't show it, I presume due to various rights.

Andy Beyer wrote a pretty blistering review of his antics a few years(?) ago when he was forced to have all of his horses in a detention barn....and he hardly won a thing during that time frame. It is very sad to see a track like Colonial Downs, which is very new (opened September 1, 1997) and judging from what I see on television a very attractive race track, for sale. Not to mention that its claim to fame is its turf course, and it has had fairly decent-sized fields--as turf racing usuall...
