Foal worming schedule?

How often do you worm your foals and what do you use at what time? My weanling is due for a worming but I'm not sure what wormer to use. I don't want to use one that isn't safe for foals. She's already been wormed with ivermectin.

Another stupid BH headline

"Unbridled Belle Chimes for Pletcher in Del 'Cap"

I know of a very popular regional stallion who impregnated some of his mares via AI in his latter years. Straight from a guy who worked at the farm.

Foal has trouble standing on occasion

I've seen her do this a few times - not every day, by any means - but it does have me concerned. She's a week shy of two months old. She'll pull herself up into a "sitting" position from lying down but then be unable to get her hind end under her. At that point, she either continues struggling to st...

Wow. That's something.

Add Trail City to the list. Not sure why a stallion bred for turf and who did all his winning on turf would come to the NW, but he is.

Thank you for sharing some interesting thoughts. Here's the 2007 Washington Thoroughbred stallion register - http://www.washingtonthoroughbred.com/magazine/2007StallionRegister/ByFarm.htm Just off this I was interested in Nacheezmo. So he must be correct then? How many other sons of Demons Begone ar...

Demon Warlock

I didn't realize he was not a gelding. This link http://www.emeralddowns.com/?cat=6&id=1120&type=news says that he's going to stud in western Washington. He could run and he was sure pretty. Any thoughts on the horse or the farm. Demons Begone never got a big horse so what do you think about...
