I do agree with 'freshman'...as long as the horse is safe to handle, keep going. It will take several months, and maybe even a year or more. I really don't have any personal experience with EPM, however, I have had years and years of experience with horses that are far from being on top of their gam...

I happened to be reading this thread, and I am now very interested. I did have a mare come here two years ago, covered with rain rot, and who colicked 4 hours after her first deworming here. She did fall down a lot. I did think 'wobbles', and EPM, but so many things came together for her here, that ...

Rain Rot
My mare was covered with rain rot when she arrived two years ago. Bathing is key. since it is an infestation of sorts.
