Take a look at Country Only at Naylee Farm also. My girlfried has one of his 2 yr olds training at Delaware Park. WHAT A STIDE!! and just floats across the track. Try nicking him with your mare. There's also a filly that is training at Charles Town, but I don't know her name.

We did, a state vet, but the judge was alseep during the whole afternoon. He never heard anything. That's going to be part of the appeal. On top of that it was a visiting judge.

Put complaints into the board - They come back and said the vet has been instructed to contact the owners immediately of the death of any animal on her farm. WHAT AT JOKE!!!! No fine, suspension, no anything.

cng - well the vet actually owned the farm. I sued the vet, her practice and the farm. Yes, I agree they should have, but the judge said it didn't matter at all.

Vet ethics

Does anyone know of anything in black and white that states that a vet has to notifiy the owner (time frame wise) of the death of a horse? How about disposing of the horse 3 days before notifing owner? There has to be something somewhere!
