Jazil is 10-1 on the morning line. The way he closed in the Derby, the extra 2 Furlongs should be right up his alley. Look for him to come from the clouds and nick it at the wire.

While $220 might not sound like a lot, consider this our worst race nets about $800 to the winner, in the Highest handicap class it goes till about $4000. Our added money races are worth about $8000 to the winner and our top race nets about $100,000 to the winner Just like in America where one has t...

We race on turf, and our tracks are all clockwise. You have a bit of a slope at some tracks but they are pretty much flat sort of like the USA, with a gradual gradient. the tracks are oval and even foreign citizens can own horses. It costs about Rs. 10000 (US$ 220) per month to keep a horse in train...

Other than what I occasionally see on a sales catalogue page...I have little knowledge (and that might be an overstatement) re: thoroughbred horseracing in India. Could you please share an overview of the thoroughbred scene in India; and how the racing and the racetracks might compare to TB racing ...

Warrsan would be an awesome horse to stand in Germany, considering that Lomitas who is also a Nijinsky grandson did so well. Also considering the fact that Germany is still a great place for really good staying horses.

Maybe its time that American breeders looked seriously at poaching a few good Sunday Silence sons. When Three Chimneys went after Smarty Jones they syndicated a stallion that ought to be a perfect fit to American Racing and Breeding. On the other hand do you think they will be as successful in putti...

Dynaformer and Brian's Time are very closely related add to that the Derby win it all looks like he will end up in Japan. Consider the fact that Dynaformer is not yet a great sire of sires. Also, Dynaformer is a very good turf stallion it all points to Japan. For him to stay in the Western hemispher...

Forget about Storm Cat, see his dam line. AP Indy, Mr P Northern Dancer, Buckpasser are his first four broodmare sires. His brother was also a good racehorse. By a sire of sires, out of the great La Troienne line. A good juvenile and now 2nd in the Derby. He is worth a minimum 10 million today!!! Do...

The line is surviving through Cadeaux Genereaux and his son Bahamian Bounty who produced Goodricke a Gr 1 winner last year. In fact Bahamian Bounty is a hot sire in Europe. As for Talc even though he did well his sons never really hit the high spots. We had a son of his called Argyle Lake at stud in...
