How long does it take from the fall of the hammer to the time an owner receives the money for selling a horse? What are the steps in the process?Let's say a horse sold in November.

How do they keep Sky Mesa at 30k? About 30 starters and 4 winners? Not to write him off, but you would like to see signs of them coming around, especially around this time of year. It reminds me of (gulp) Buddha last year.

halo, great article in the thoroughbred daily news couple of days ago on eavesdroppers cousin outflanker. hard to not be a sire with that family! hope people take advantage before its "why didn't i do that????" a few years from now.
