TJ, you may be refering to the infamous, standard Asmussen figure eight. I am refering to the metal in her mouth. Has Stardom Bound been announced? IEAH has her starting next in the El Encino @ SA and has said nothing of this being her last race (that I've heard or read anyways)

Scenic Blast will be joining John Shirreffs' barn. After bleeding in the Cathay Pacific Hong Kong Sprint he was facing a 3 month ban from racing in Australia. So, they've chosen to run him over here where Lasix is legal. http://www.bloodhorse.com/horse-racing/articles/54506/australias-scenic-blast-h...

Yea I was at work all day, and don't get TVG so first I had heard. Update says Ice said the fracture is going straight up the medial carpal bone, might require a screw.

Summer Bird injured, out of Japan Cup Dirt

Summer Bird suffered a fracture to his right front leg while working out - not life threatening.

I haven't heard anything - and in my recent B-H they said as of Nov 16 there were no updates available. IEAH's site hasn't had anything either.
