Sounds like a lack of conviction on the commercial breeders' part. Ultimately, if a real racehorse is not bred, the stallion and the mare both suffer! Is it possible to breed the best commercial racehorse? Racehorse first!

Does anyone make a final breeding decision based purely on "hype" for commercial reasons?
