I am trying to complete here the bottom half of the pedigree of an Australian producer named BENDING STAR. She was foaled on September 18, 1997 and is not listed here, but she is a bay daughter of the sire Catch A Bid (1982).

Hope one of our collaborator or Lucy may assist on this search.

incorrect , Bending Star is not by Catch A Bird, she has a couple of unnamed foals by him. And her correct pedigree is on line

Can you provide added information on these Catch A Bird--Bending Star foals you mention? Your information may prove right, but I have an official reference about a "Bending Star (Aus) by Catch A Bird (NZ)" broodmare foaling a bay filly [thread correction: not her own date of birth!] on September 18, 1997. Alas, the Bending Star you mention does not have any registered foal here (Del Mar) with date of birth for comparison. Thanks in advance for any additional review.
