Magna Entertainment against horse slaughter

Postby soundfast » Sat Oct 11, 2008 11:23 am

Magna Entertainment Corporation has announced that any owner or trainer found to have transported horses from one of their tracks to slaughter or an auction that sells to kill buyers will not be allowed to have any stalls. They own Santa Anita, Pimlico, Laurel, Gulfstream Park and others. Anybody who participates in the slaughter of any race horses is not welcome at any of their facilities anywhere in this country.
