I think he is probably much too heavy for an ATV to be able to drag him - a dually should be able to get the job done.

Look at the photo of this mug - he is a wonderful argument for the pro-abortionists...

This is far from unusual as the stupidity and dumb ass mentality that goes along with this is everywhere. Don't you folks know that ATV riders have rights too? They ride a motorized death trap because they can and zoom up and down my road flat out with young children on their laps. For pete's sake don't remind them that it is unlawful to ride an uninsured unregistered vehicle on the roads as you will end up being the asshole. Last Christmas time I watched as an SUV roared by me on interstate 75 north of Tampa towing a lawnmower trailer < you know the kind that you see everywhere now>. The trailer had plywood sides bungeed onto it and strapped in was a miniature horse unable to get it's face out of the wind's force. I was furious that I missed the registration number and my cell could not reach 911 as I felt that apart from being cruel treatment it was also a traffic disaster waiting to happen.
