Anyone know anything about Olympic? I love the breeding on this horse, but haven't heard much about him yet--have I missed something? Maybe I've been working too much lately!

I'm also interested in Scipion and Sun King--any word on either of them?

Nobody??? Olympic is AP Indy/Queena--isn't that the same as Vindication? I'll be interested to see if this boy can run the same as his big bro.

Vindication was Strawberry Reason/Seattle Slew. The only Olympic out of Queena is by Danzig. No resemblance whatsoever between those two. Olympic was an '02 model, I entered his name where I look up horse charts, no races for '04 or '05....

OOPS! Sorry, my bad--you're absolutely right! I can't read my own handwriting! I jotted down some notes in a hurry and must have gotten it all screwed up--I am still interested in Queena's baby, the one who is 3 and nominated for the Derby--pretty sure that would be Olympic.

Olympic would be a bro to Brahms--and the Strawberry Reason baby who is a 1/2 brother to Vindy would be Scipion (that's how it works right? same dam?) That's what I get for writing notes on napkins when I'm half asleep!

ya got it... in horses, sibs are sort of treated like the parents were never married, they always belong to their mamas...it gets confusing tho, the 1/4 and the 1/2 and the 3/4 when it is traced through common first/second dams along with a common sire/grandsire, or any weird combo like that....

He had one race in England in which he finished second. It looks like he is back in the States and now owned by Edmund Gann per the Triple Crown nominations.
