Pattern for jockey silks

Anyone have a pattern for sewing your own jockey silks? My mother wants to try to make our silks but she can't find a pattern. Of course, our silks are in NY and KY so we can't show her. She just needs basic measurements on length, width, sleeve length, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
