Lyndon Hannigan and Randy Wilson both ride at Thistledown and have to be in their late 60s or 70s

Frank Amonte is 74 and has had a few mounts at Suffolk this year.

Frank Amonte, SR has been going for the oldest jockey to win a race for the past 5 or 6 years. So I'm going to guess it is him.
