Well, that wasn't the problem. I went around and around with their tech support guy on this, trying to figure out what was going on. FINALLY I opened and resaved the jpg files using my OLD version of Paintshop Pro v.7, rather than the newer version 9 - and it worked. I did file a full report with JC on what did and didn't work - never heard another thing about it.
So, photos finally in - THEN they tell me they are rejecting the name because it "sounds like another horse".... sheesh.
Got to say the people in Lexington are great to work with, though.
I also had some technical issues one year uploading photos, where I had to convert my jpeg files into bmp files, and then back to jpeg files. I never quite understood why they wouldn't upload in the first place, but computers are mysterious creatures....
