Thanks for his name. I just looked him up on APR. I had no idea he was such a good runner from 3 to 6. It is too bad we can't see his lifetime record. He was quite a celebrity in his golden years. :)

Another long in the tooth but still sound AND fast QH - this one with immediate TB blood in his pedigree -

(Excerpted from the AQHA Racing website -

Tuesday at The Downs at Albuquerque, 15-year-old Miswaki Six (Streakin Six-Miswaki Queen by Miswaki (TB)) worked 660 yards in :36.61. The gelding is owned by Thomas Gonzales of Ribera, New Mexico, and in his 13-year career he has won 27 of 124 starts and earned $193,857. ...

This gelding's dam, Miswaki Queen, is not listed in the Pedigree Query database but if someone has the information on her and could enter it I'd love to see what the female family she brings to this pedigree looks like. MISWAKI a Mr. P son who raced/won MGS in France before retiring to stud in the US had his 100SW after he died in 2004.

Miswaki Queen is/was appendix QH - but about 15/16 TB, when you break things down.
