My 10 toss outs are for various reasons are: Noble's Promise, Line of David, American Lion, Make Music for Me, Paddy O'Prado, Conveyance, Awesome Act, Dublin, Backtalk & Homeboy Kris. I guess that is my bottom ten. (Hint: Look closely as your winner is somewhere in that bunch :)

My 5 that could get it done are: Lookin at Lucky, Devil May Care, Jackson Bend, Discreetly Mine & Sidneys Candy.

My top 5 is: Ice Box, Super Saver, Dean's Kitten, Stately Victor, Mission Impazible

H E double toothpicks, what a chore in handicapping this race.

The winner is Lookin At Lucky, Mission Impazible, Dublin, Sydney's Candy or Paddy O Prado...

Jerry Baily just picked Mission Impazible to win the Derby. One of my fab 5.

With the speed not holding at all, I think that those that need to be in front can be tossed.

I actually liked Conveyance, but the unfortunate announcer Jerry Bailey, once stating that his dapples meant he was training well   turned me off, so glad!!

going into today i had stately victor. once the track came up the way it did i thought of the o4 derby, and i knew conveyance was going to be on the lead come hell or high water, and i liked the way he was training so i switched my pick.. i switched my picks for alot of races today at churchill not just that one.

i dont think it was a bad play at all. i would do it again espically at those odds. you can't win em all.

in retrospect, although the track was sloppy, it was a "thick" type of sloppy if that makes any sense. they weren't skipping over the track by any means.

I had the winner. Did I bet? No. Was I happy? No.

horses to throw out

I had super saver on top for my trifecta but missed Ice box. Had him in and then took him out trying to reduce my bet a little. I was not happy either....

First time in years I had the exacta down cold for the derby. Tried and tried to get my bet down with xpressbet, but they were having problems with a remote server.

I was way beyond unhappy, I was bloody well incensed!!!
