Oliver, you must be stoned....Rachel could barely make it to the finish line in a couple races, Zenyatta is just getting going before the finish line! She could run two times around the track if she had to.

Also, as I said before, there is a reason RA was put up, blow up a photo of her running and look at her right front hoof. Not good.

Zenyatta is THE QUEEN, buddy, she will be remembered for years to come, RA is just another good filly but she won't be remembered like Queen Z will! Why didn't RA compete in the BC Classic if she is so much better than Zenyatta in your mind? Heck, she did not even compete in the BC for fillies...

There's no comparison. And, not that this makes any difference on the track, but Zenyatta is such a gorgeous mare, RA is a bit on the homely side. Look at the poor thing's face.

Zenyatta will put a serious whooping on RA and any males she faces again this year. Push button horse. And SHE knows it too. Zenyatta is going to do great things for the sport as she was just getting to be really famous among non-horse racing fans near the end of the year, now she will be watched in every race she runs. The statement on The Blood Horse said something to the fact that she will not stay in CA either, so I just hope she comes to Arlington Park.

If anyone out there know anyone associated with her, please, pleeeeese, beg them to bring the Queen back! She's just getting going, I believe she'd be better this year than last, if that's possible,

I was looking back at what everyone wrote and what I wrote, and I said the same thing that the article mentions that she is better now at this time of year than she was last year. And whoever mentioned her going to Dubai, now that's something I'd love to see also! This is so cool.

Horse racing friends, we are gonna be in for one exciting season.

erhrdt3 I might be stoned but you sound like a ten year old. RA or Z for that matter could finish last in every race from here on out and would still be considered great after the historical year they had.

Oliver, I was just kidding, no need for the nasty remark. I am very excited about Zenyatta coming back, it is something that many, many fans have been wanting to see!

Have a little humor, and be happy.

edit: Ahh, I know why you are so grouchy, you are a Rachel fan, and you were all too happy to see Zenyatta retire so RA did not have to face her. Now Zenyatta is back and game's on again....tisk tisk tisk

It is good sporting on the Moss's part to do this and it will be great for the sport itself. I also would bet they use some of Zenyatta's money again to help out the horse charities so the horses get a chance at a second home after retiring. A great thing to do.

erhrdt3 sorry I came off nasty to you but you did call my girl homely. I'm pretty giddy myself about Z returning.

I can't wait to see Rachel whop her now once and for all...if they actually will face Rachel.
Rachel has accomplished more as a 3yo than it took Zenyatta 2 years as an older mare to do...and the REAL big filly is only going to get better with age.

My guess is, Zenyatta will take the cash that Sheik Mo is paying them to show up and win the World Cup than most likely be bred in April/May.

Hi Karen, and so right you are. That will be the most watched race of the year! Maybe the race will be the BC Classic, but I truly do not think we would see RA in that race. It would be just too tough for her, but Zenyatta will honestly be able to handle anything they throw at here. She is on a different planet as far as her experience, strength, confidence, etc. etc.! She KNOWS she will win. She is prob. looking forward to getting some more competition going again. I'd like to see how she would do on the turf. I'm sure she would be fine, the big girl she is, but that may entice her owners to bring her by me at Arlington Park in IL so I can see her.

Karen, hope your horse is doing better and you are well also! (I just got out of the hospital again, yikes!) :)

It would have been nice if they held off on the announcement she was running in 2010 to today or tonight. Kind of got lost in the sauce with all the NFL stuff.

Nonetheless you have to be thrilled that she is back again!!

Can't wait to see her in action again...
