I apologize, I do see where the 68% figure comes out when you look at the winners from starters numbers.

Here are some Negative Nicks that didnt have a bloodline affinity.

Ack Ack was bred to 17 mares traced to the male line of Swynford, 5 winners 29%

Affirmed was bred to 19 mares from the male line of Teddy, 7 winners 37%

Alleged was bred to 8 mares from the male line of Chaucer, 1 winner 13%

Alydar was bred to 49 mares from the male line of Rabelais, 15 winners 31%

Capote was bred to 16 mares from the male line of Prince Rose, 6 winners 38%

Caveat was bred to 11 mares from the male line of Swynford, 4 winners 36%

Damascus was bred to 7 mares from the male line of Sundridge, 1 winner 14%
Those without sin cast the first stone.

I mean winners from starters. If you wait until the stallion's last crop is done racing to get the final numbers, however, if you look at the stats put up thus far by Dynaformer, you see that he has an 82% starters from foals of racing age and a 61% winners from foals of racing age, if you look at his overall winners to starters you get in excess of 70% and he still has current runners and will climb higher as time goes on.
