What kind of imaging programme are you using?

You need to reduce the image to less than 150 x 150 pixels (I think... been away since I did an avatar for this site).

If you have the picture on your hard drive, a really easy way to resize it is to do it in MS Paint. It's in the Accessories folder on your Start Menu (obviously that's assuming you are using a Windows-based PC.)

Open Paint and then open up your picture in it. You should be able to scroll along the edges of it and reduce the width and height. Then save it and it should be Ok.

Sorry for the techie explanation - I do tech support at my job so it's second nature. :)
