How do we let the powers that be know we want drugs stopped. Who started drugs in the first place? Can someone contact them and ask them to read what we horsepeople want done to save our industry, because if our beloved thoroughbreds continue their decline and we have more and more horses being put down, we'll not have racing in the USA anymore like its been in the past. None of us like to see what happened to Barbaro and Eight Belles and it will get worse with horses that get more fragil as time goes by. Racing will lose favor all over the country. Contact the big farms in Kentucky and elsewhere and direct them to this board so that they can see the feelings of most horsepeople in this country. They have a big influience with the ones that can turn our industry around.
It will probably make hardships in our industry for a while, but without stopping drugs now it looks certain our beloved thoroughbreds in this country are destined for being phased out of the wonderful sport of racing. Lets take action now!
