New tracks?

Presque Isle Downs just opened last year if I remember correctly, and a new track is opening in the Detroit area this summer I believe. I was wondering if people in the area of these tracks could give me an idea of what was spent to build these tracks.

The one in New Boston, MI is called Pinnacle.
So Run for the Roses, as fast as you can.....
