I am looking at a possible job opening in Goshen, Kentucky. It does not seem like an affordable place to live but I would be looking for a place a little further out. I have been looking to move to Kentucky but not jumping at the first opportunity. I have been holding out for a job if one opened in Versailles, Paris , or Midway. Any thoughts on Goshen would be appreciated. My mare Lady Wrong Song is going to Lexington as I sold her yesterday. Thanks,
Keith

Goshen is quite expensive. If you go out past La Grange toward Pendleton the prices drop dramatically. Google Semonin realtors Louisville Kentucky and click on map search and you will get a good picture of the real estate prices in Louisville and surrounding areas. Great quality of life, good climate, but the one thing that irks me is the tax on your personal vehicle that you have to pay every year. Oldham county has the highest personal income level in the state of Kentucky. Best of luck.

Housing in the Louisville area for the most part is approximately one-half the cost in New Jersey. A 200,000 dollar price tag will get you a nice home in Louisville and an outhouse in New Jersey. The quality of life in Kentucky is 10 fold over New Jersey and the climate is also very very good. Goggle Semonin realtors and look at the home prices in the Louisville area that interests you.
