Hello,
Does anyone know why Evening Attire was scratched from tommarrows 5th Race at Saratoga?

I was told a couple of weeks ago that they were looking to race him at Belmont. The racing secretary had promised Joe that he would write a race for him. The issue being a race with enough distance.
I just love that ol codger!
