The last I had heard was it was applied for but that seems to be as far as it went - I've heard using Northlands for a 100 days but who knows.

I've heard that the TB's will get their 100 days at NP as promised. The StB's will get some days as well (possibly 40) and there will be reallocation of slot revenue accordingly. The person I heard it from has reliable sources so I have difficulty disbelieving the info, however, I have difficulty seeing how the timelines work out given NP's previous statements about available time. It can be done, I just don't see all the people in the industry being willing to cooperate to the degree necessary to make it work.
