Why not call the Jockey Club and see if the cover was reported?

Assuming the mare was bred in the spring, it is far too late to terminate the pregnancy.

Do you have receipts for the breeding and any mare care. vet costs etc while at the farm? If so and she doesnt report your mare bred the JC may be able to help.

I'm assuming you are the mare owner. The report of mares bred for 2008 was due to the Jockey Club August 1st. Call the JC and see if the report was made, then let them know your situation. If you can prove you paid for the fee then you should have no problem with the breeding certificate if that is what you are worried about getting. It also could have already been done online, meaning you don't acutally get the certificate. Giants game is starting I must run.
