Need help identifying some tack and placing value

I was sent some photographs via email of a western bridle and Stubben saddle. My fathers friend is trying to find out if they are at all valuable (he is not involved with horses and has no idea). The bridle has sapphires in all of the sterling silver flowers. Everything looks to be in excellent condition. I have no experience with western riding or tack so I haven't a clue to the bridles value.

It looks like an older style western headstall, certainly wouldnt be used on the big circuit right now. He could sell it to a 4-H er or someone who is interested in open showing. Alot of headstalls like that can be found for a lot less than $100 online. Thats about the xtent of what I know LOL! Usually the "jewels" in those are fake. I had a set with the rubies in the setting when I showed in the late 80's which is where it looks like that bridle came from.
