Looking for weanling board! Ontario, CAN

Postby Supernova » Sat Jul 11, 2009 6:30 am

Wasn't sure where to put this.. feel free to move it.

I have one filly who will be weaned in August or September. We have no other babies at our farm and I would like to move her to a farm where she can live outside with another foal (or more). I'm looking for a place with safe fencing, a good shelter where they will be grain-fed twice a day. I would prefer a farm within an hour drive of Woodbine Racetrack. If you may have space please drop me an email.

Weanling Board

Postby EliteEquine » Thu Aug 13, 2009 11:40 am

Hi there,

We are thoroughbred breeders and have weanlings on our farm and could board your weanling here. My husband is a trainer at Woodbine and we have a 50 acre horse farm outside of Newmarket, about 45 minutes from the track. My husband use to run King Haven so we have tons of experience so you can feel comfortable knowing your weanling is safe.

Please email me at [email protected] and I can send you pictures of our facility.

The outdoor board is $16/day which includes grain. Not that you would need this right now but we have a 240X70 Megadome Arena and outdoor track as well.

Thanks,

Cheryl
