Jeez, what a sick-o.
I think I'm less disturbed by his threat to kill his horses in protest (I think there is some precedent for this, however demented) than his outlined method---stabbing mares in the abdomens then knocking them in the head? The threat alone should be enough for the authorities to remove the horses from him.
This guy needs to be kept away from small children and pets, and especially his own horses.
