NY program in free-fall

For the first time since it's inception the NY breeding fund will not make it's breeders award payments. The NYC OTB's are not making their payments which has created the problem. This will have an enormous impact as so many breeders use that money to pay their expenses. The trickle down will be widespread.

That's a shame, I know a NY breeder who pays alot of his bills with those checks. They used to have the best program in America, now it's PA. Thank God we stayed in PA and have a PA bred.
