I must say that these connections have been extraordinarily generous in sharing with the public: handing out the roses the next day at Barbaro's statue, and now this.
"When I am on my deathbed, I imagine I will say, 'Thank God I did that'" - Arthur Hancock, on buying back Gato del Sol from Europe after Exceller was killed in a slaughterhouse in Sweden.

I didnt think the poster was caught up on anything but merely making an observation .......there are not very many perfectly conformed horses if any at all.
I watched him for about 30 minutes today, probably about noon where he is, and he was quite annoyed about something; trying to get the attention of whomever walked by and I'd swear there was no water in his bucket.
He kept sticking his nose in his water bucket, way down into it, and then walk around in his stall and come back to the bucket and act agitated.
He was not happy at all. I wanted to call somebody.

Thats not his water bucket , that is his feed tub ......no need to worry there is a day watch person who waters all the horses at the barn in between when morning chores are finished and afternoon one's begin.
He weaves at the front of his stall he does it all day long everyday and he will bite you if you get too close. The trainer said he began getting aggitated when alot of people started to come and see him and just stand in front of his stall taking his picture and pretty much just driving him crazy , I guess this was sometime around the Belmont .

And he hasn't been running very well since then ... wonder if there is a connection? I'd expected him to run better in the Goodwood
