http://www.bloodhorse.com/horse-racing/ ... 34-million

I love Fifth Third.. and when I go in there tomorrow to cash my meager check I am going to give my rep hell over the 34 mill this guy owes and see if this is the big to-do at the bank.

I've seen a few of his horses for sale privately lately. Guess he's trying to cut stable expenses and make some cash, although the prices on them weren't very high.

When a bank goes so far as to sue a major customer like that, you know they have already done everything they can to get him to talk to them. What a crock when they say it was a total surprise. That bank would call them once an hour before it went to a suit. Deadbeat alert!

I must say it is stunning to see the big boys run out of cash like this. First Dubai, and now the other millionaires. They must really have been running on margin all along. All hat, no cattle.

well with any business you have the 80 - 20 rule, meaning 80% of your business comes from 20% of your customers.

Zayat is one of those 20% customers.

And those are the first ones they will go after.

I can tell you, I have a BOA Credit Card and a pretty nice (low 700's) credit score, and I called just to change my address on my account and I got my credit limit lowered. apparantly BOA is slashing everyone's credit limits, for no reason whatsoever other than they are cutting risk.

My mom also has a low 800 credit score and a business account and they lowered her business platnium card limit by 80%. Basically don't call BOA lol

it's hitting everyone.
