I have a friend who gives her quarter horse organic apple cider vinegar daily for digestive issues. She started him on the vinegar after he coliced several years ago. He hasn't had another episode of colic since. She swears by it.

I know of it being good for their coats, and making them smell like salad :) .. which a horse could smell a lot worse.

My grandma turned me on to it after I was recently very ill. She's organic all the way and Im on my way there also. She says a person will never get food poisoning if they drink two tablespoons before they go out to eat. I drink it daily and its helped with my condition. The organic vinegar from Bragg has The Mother. Great stuff!

I prefer inorganic vinegar as it adds more metal to my horses.
