there are head shots of rachel and zenyatta posted on equibase.com

they both look like they have long ears .whatever that is worth.

I was told years ago that flop ears or long ears on a horse means it can really run. Never believed it, but maybe there's something to it?

I hope that is true - all of Allou's foals have "big ears"! You wonder if they'll ever grow into them and I don't think Slew's Night Moves has yet to grow into hers!!
