So now Stronach has Santa Anita and Golden Gate Fields along with subject tracks. I think this is called falling into the Out House and coming out smelling like a Rose..

Will the parent company want to develop the properties though? Or is it just a way for Stronarch to keep them as tracks?

Looks to me like the DeFrancis family is the winner in this bandruptcy.

Well mostly yes and some no. According to the Baltimore Sun "a bankruptcy judge had ruled in January that MEC could end the profit-sharing agreement." on Slot revenues with Joe and Karin De Francis.
