I saw a mare I've been following through her racing career has had a 2010 live foal report filed. Is there any way to find out who she was bred to or do I have to wait until it's registered?
Thanks!
Any way to find out who a mare was bred to?

I have a similar question. I'm looking at a mare that hasn't had a foal for a few years and is at a riding stable. I want to find out if she has been bred even though the JC says No report. Will the Equineline 43P tell me that? I pulled one on this mare and there was nothing for those empty years and I still am not sure if this is because the mare owner didn't send in a report or if the mare truely wasn't bred. Anyone know for sure?

If it says 'no report' for say 2009 then that means she was not reported as bred in 2008 by any stallion owners or the mare owner.
She could have been bred in 2008 to a non Thoroughbred or she could have been bred in 2008, to even a Thoroughbred, but it would have been a mating with no intention of ever registering the foal with the Jockey Club since neither the stallion owner or mare owner reported the mating.

Using any method under the sun (to determine who a mare was bred to) ..... does anyone out there happen to know what stallion MUSIC NOTE was booked to in 2010 ????
