Paragallo get's the maximum sentence.....two years in Greene County jail and $33,000 fine. TJ

He will also have to pay restitution to the local shelters who took in his animals and looks likely to be barred from most of the TB business:

Should have been $3,000,000. That would have hurt. Oh, and let's make him miss a few meals. :evil:

I thought animal cruelty was a misdemeanor. Wasn't there another high profile case (Geraldine Trupia) from New York who was fined 60k and three years probation? I didn't think you could serve jail time.
