I think you might have better luck with people who are more familiar with Southern Hemisphere pedigrees and racing. We can certainly comment, but for the majority of us, we're mostly (ok, I admit this is a guess) from the US and other Northern Hemisphere.

Are there discussion boards for South American breeders? That's where I would start.

I guess you are right. I am new in this fascinating field. I subscribed for only 30days to this website just to learn. Despite the fact that many Argentinean bread horses "rocked" in the US (Invasor, Candy Ride, Mat Boy, Bayacoa, Mr. Light, Asiatic Boy, etc, etc, etc) and that many US breeders come every year to our country to get "our blood", I´d rather follow your advice.
