Farms with broodmare rosters

Postby Toccet02 » Thu Jun 24, 2010 9:31 am

Obviously the very biggest are not going to list all of theirs, but I've noticed a couple of smaller KY farms listing their mare roster, as well as 2010 foalings and bookings.
Anyone know of farms that have this info on their websites?

Lane's End lists the foals born there each year, but I don't know if they personally own every single broodmare listed. I'm guessing not.

Lane's End Foals of '10

I like browsing the list to see who's been bred to my fave, Rock Hard Ten. :D (As an aside, is it unusual for a farm not to support a new stallion very much with their own mares?)

It's also interesting to see the lists from several years ago. They've clearly cut back on the numbers of mares bred, judging solely from those lists.

Most of the farms in Kentucky will list the foals arriving from their new stallions with pictures.

margaux farms is another http://www.margauxfarm.com/Foals/

Pauls Mill does a roster of some of their higher end broodmares with catalog pages on them as well as who they are being bred to and current status.

Not sure how updated it is but we saw our old broodie listed there.

I know it's not KY, but Eiseman Equine has a great website that lists each horse in their upcoming consignment and it is top notch!

Their photos are professional and just fantastic and they do a lot of social media work with FB. They are always running contests, etc.

Oh, I know...I "like" them on FB big time. Excellent photos.

BABES! I love it! Thank you. I'm interested in all kinds of T bred rosters...my fantasy stable has everything from Darley breds running at Saratoga to Mr. Doe breds running at Fonner Park. 8)

We have a mare roster on our website, of sorts. Well, I thought you could read all the names when I took the photo. :)

Now if I can just get caught up on all the foals and new pics posted, I'll be doing good.

For those who are on FaceBook, Denali has dozens of 2011 foal pictures posted there.
