Some of you might be interested to know that she has been named Date With Destiny and she had her first race today and she won it.

This is very interesting. Wonder what influence she'll have? It would be interesting to follow her career and then see how she performs as a broodmare.

Most of the time, you hear about sires whose progeny flop. I've always wondered if there were sires that went unnoticed and unbooked that had a few foals and one of the foals really excelled at the track and in the breeding shed.
Now that would be an awesome pedigree search.

This is a link to the Dutch Forum. A friend of mine put a nice picture of the (then) yearling on it. It will be very interesting to follow her career.

Shammy, you might look into a horse named Tilt the Stars. Sam-Son bred son of Danzig out of Tilt My Halo had 19 foals, 5 of whom were stakes winners. Most of his colts were gelded and not too many of his daughters seem to be producing much, although that's just from the DB and it may or may not be correct.
