Please take a moment to paticipate.

I would like to put together a survey of the common medications we are getting billed for and their costs. The reason I am trying to do this is that I have seen huge variations in price for the same medications.The hope is to help myself and others control costs by being able to see where some of those charges may be out of line.

Note: Prices may differ for various reasons, Different Brands, Vet fee, Trainer fee, Pharmacy dispense fee. I am not looking for names of trainers or Vets. Please don't go there. I am just looking to put together an avg price list of the medications we are using.

I will share all information (once I compiled it) to those who want it or who participate in the survey.

Here is the info I would like. Please take it off your most recent Trainer, Vet or Farm bill.

1. Generic and or Brand name
2. Dosage form (Tablets, Paste, Inj etc)
3. Strength (ex: 500mg, 1.5mg/30ml, etc)
4. Quantity (size of tube, vial, # of tablets etc)
5. Price
6. Source -where the product came from (Vet (no names), Pharmacy etc)
7. State you race in
